This movie takes place between the first and second of the Dead Space games. This is Straus's story and how he and three other survivors came to be on the Sprawl. This movie clears up a lot of questions I had about Straus, how he ended up on the ship, and what happened to cause him to murder his family. The game makes him just seem like a mental patient when really he was a well respected scientist. Great movie all around. I am giving this a three out of five.
