This movie shows the government performing experiments on humans. A drug is pulled out of a corpse's brain and used as a drug. The drug backfires and acts as a transistor that brings alternate beings to find them. These beings wear the human skin to blend in with the humans. This is shot in first person view and scares the crap out of me. Four skulls on the scary scale!
